Merry Christmas from El Salvador!

Hey everybody!

God bless each and every one of you, and I pray that you are all growing daily in the knowledge of the love that He has for you.

I'm here in El Salvador with John and Diana Michaels and Pastor Jimmy Morales from Lone Mountain, and we are seeking God's will as we go into this new year. There are so many ministries here, but we really want to co-labor with the brothers here to find where the Spirit is leading us.

Most of the work Ramon and I have been doing lately is keeping track of receipts, buying furniture, and stuff like that; imagine how boring those pictures would be! But praise God because it has been very fun and exciting. God has really been blessing us with joy, and we know that it was not a joy we had to manufacture on our own, but a joy that was already there in Christ.

On a more serious note, I have not been unaware of how financial circumstances are changing in the US, and it has been affecting some more than others. What a blessing it is to be a part of what God is doing even when things get difficult! This Christmas, there will be many without jobs or any source of income. May the world see our joy and know that God has given it to us freely! As we celebrate God sending His son, I pray that there will be an extra warmth about us so that others will know that money could never have really purchased joy anyway.

I can't wait to see all of you this Christmas and to give you each a huge hug. I know that seeing you all will give me that extra bit of excitement to come back here in January!

All of the churches- Iglesia Dios de Israel, La Capilla: San Martin, Suchitoto, Santiago de Maria, and the awesome work in La Angostura (whose people have decided just to put up a canopy and have services on the property even in the hot sun because they are so excited!)- are blessed that the Lord has sent you all into their lives. Keep up the good work!

God bless you all!
